With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the care industry, Debby began her career as a Care Worker and steadily advanced to become a Supervisor and Care Coordinator. Her extensive background, hands-on knowledge, and passion for quality care are at the heart of Safehaven's mission, ensuring that every client receives compassionate and professional support. She is deeply passionate about empowering both clients and staff, ensuring that every individual receives safe, respectful, and professional support tailored to their needs.
Sarah Greatrex
Director
Sarah is one of the founding Directors of Safehaven, established in 2018. Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her years working in the care industry, along with extensive expertise in bookkeeping and accounting. Her unique combination of hands-on care knowledge and strong financial skills has been instrumental in building Safehaven into a reputable and reliable provider of quality care throughout Cardiff and the Vale.
